Company outing in Amsterdam
Not drinks and a canal cruise, but a cinematic experience with professional actors through the heart of the city. For 5–500 people, in Dutch, English or mixed, since 2000.
Why Amsterdam is made for a company outing like this
Most groups come to Amsterdam to look at the city: the canals, the gables, the crowds. A NEVERREST company outing in Amsterdam turns that around. You don’t view the city, you play it. From the Dam or the Oosterdok your colleagues step into a story that has already started, and suddenly the canal belt, the Jordaan and the quiet courtyards and alleys behind Centraal become the set of something that feels bigger than an afternoon out.
The scale of Amsterdam is exactly right for it. Within a 2 to 4 kilometre walking route you move from the classic tension of the canal ring to streets that even an experienced Amsterdammer might just not know. And because our actors blend into the crowd, every passer-by becomes a suspect. That is what makes a company outing in Amsterdam with NEVERREST so different from the standard list of boat, beer and bites.
First comes curiosity
The briefing is calm, almost businesslike. But somewhere between the canal and the first encounter, colleagues start glancing at each other: was that man on the bridge part of it?
Then the city tilts
Doubt, pace and humour take over. Sub-teams compare notes, chase leads through the Jordaan and become part of what unfolds, the moment the group is truly in it.
And it travels home
On the train back, people are still replaying scenes and defending their theories. Not a box-ticked company outing, but a shared Amsterdam story your team keeps referencing.
One city, many faces
Every company outing in Amsterdam uses the city differently. The Game favours areas with atmosphere and layers, while Social Chaos can play from almost any indoor venue, from a canal house to an office at the Zuidas. Depending on your group and starting point, the experience can touch very different sides of Amsterdam:

Two concepts, one professional standard
Choose the cinematic city adventure outdoors, or the fast open escape indoors, both carried by professional actors.
A cinematic city game with actors, outdoors through the centre of Amsterdam. A walking route of 2–4 km at an easy pace, while doubt and suspicion slowly creep in. Strong for groups that want atmosphere and rising tension.

From a small team to the whole company
A company outing in Amsterdam scales from 5 to 500 people, hosted live by our game leaders, no app, no GPS trail.
Sharp and personal
Compact groups feel every beat up close. The tension sits near the skin, and in the narrow streets of the Jordaan nobody hides at the back.
Lively and balanced
Enough people for real energy, still small enough that every colleague matters. Sub-teams of 4 to 6 keep the pace alive across the canals.
Structured and smooth
Large groups split into sub-teams of 4 to 6 with a clean flow through the city, right up to a shared finale for the whole company.
Which groups book a company outing in Amsterdam?
Companies that have “done” Amsterdam
Canal cruise, beer tasting, escape room, all been there. This works precisely because it uses the city itself, including corners that are not on any tourist route.
International offices
Amsterdam teams are rarely all Dutch. Both concepts run in Dutch, English or mixed, so every colleague takes part on equal footing, from age 15 and up.
Departments celebrating something
A closed quarter, a milestone, a farewell: a company outing in Amsterdam gives the occasion a story, and pairs naturally with drinks or dinner afterwards.
Organisers who want certainty
One contact person, a proposal within 24 hours and a weather-proof indoor alternative. Since 2000 more than 200,000 participants have gone before you, rated 4.9 from 150 Google reviews, plus 1,500+ written participant reviews. Read more on our reviews page.
