CSI meets escape room meets actors, but for real.
What is Social Chaos?
A unique open escape room with real characters, fully tailored and at a venue of your choice: at the office, in a stylish space in the city, a hotel or even on the beach. Unlike a fixed escape room you play indoors and outdoors at the same time, in sub-teams of 4 to 6, up to 500 participants in total. The actors provide realistic stimuli, teamwork under pressure and surprising twists.
NEVERREST brings everything: screens, projectors and even complete wifi infrastructure. We suggest venues and make the first contact if you like; you decide on atmosphere, food and drinks. Your own ideas and venues are more than welcome.
The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and beyond, office, hotel, country estate or beach. Largely indoors, so far less weather-dependent.
Sub-teams of 4–6 people; from 360 participants a maximum of 8–9 per sub-team plus bonus missions.
As standard, shortening is possible in consultation. Combines well with lunch, drinks or dinner. Ages 15 and up.
Actors are always included in Social Chaos: €1,895 in total up to 20 participants, €2,390 at 30, €3,040 at 50 (€61 p.p.) and €10,910 at 200 (€55 p.p.), all excl. VAT. Tailor-made in script, actors, missions and secret film footage.
The experience: three phases
Briefing
You gather at the base location. On large screens an immersive story unfolds, a hack, a disappearance, a mystery demanding attention. The mission is clear, the clock is ticking. From now on, nobody is who they seem.
Investigation & chaos
Indoors, puzzles are cracked and clues analysed. Outdoors, team members look for mysterious contacts blending into the streetscape. Information keeps coming in, but can you trust it? The pressure rises, and only teams that work together get ahead.
The reveal
The finale brings everything together: the best moments, the sharpest observations and the winning team. Personal anecdotes and hilarious flashbacks make for a closing that resonates for weeks.
The clock is ticking. The chaos is growing. Your team is tested on every front.

What does the day look like?
Afternoon · 1:00–5:30 pm
Often playedThis is an often-played schedule, but timing is always tailored. Social Chaos works just as well as a morning programme flowing into lunch, as a full-day programme in two parts, or as an evening programme until 10 pm. Everyone starts together at the venue, and the closing with anecdotes and the award ceremony is always included.

When do you choose Social Chaos?
Choose Social Chaos when the game should come to you: at the office, in a hotel, in the city or in a beach pavilion, smaller towns included. Largely indoors and therefore far less weather-dependent, in extreme weather we adjust the outdoor moments. The same tension and actors as The Game, but on your own turf. Chosen by HR managers, office managers and event agencies for team days, strategy days, department outings and international offsites.
Prefer the city as your backdrop?
Then The Game is your concept: a cinematic city adventure with the same professional standard, but with the city as the film set. Not sure? See 30 seconds of clarity.
At your own venue, anywhere in the Netherlands or Belgium
Social Chaos runs from virtually any indoor venue: your own office, a hotel, a conference centre or a beach club. We bring in all the technology ourselves, so the location needs nothing more than a room to start from. The experience plays out indoors and outdoors, and in rough weather it moves fully indoors — your team event goes ahead whatever the forecast. Meanwhile our professional actors blend into the crowd, so nobody is quite sure who is playing along. Curious about the wider options? See our team building overview.
